The Minister of Human Rights D.Huda Alban said that the Ministry will make in coming days forming a committee for drafting the law of refugee, in coordination with the Office of the High Commission for Refugees. The minister discussed during her meeting in Sana'a yesterday with representative of high Commission for Refugees Claire Bourgois mechanism of joint work between the Ministry and the UNHCR during the remaining months of this year and working plan for both sides for next year, which the ministry will prepare Aaadajha during the next two months.
The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of the meeting of the comment committee from both sides about the cases and special complains of refugees which is presented to the Ministry of Human Rights for studying and finding appropriate solutions
The Minister for Human Rights confirmed that yemen seeks to improve the refugee status ,noted to the importance of providing humanitarian services and coordination of joint efforts between the Ministry and the UNHCR to carry out humanitarian role towards increasing numbers and the constant flow of refugees into Yemeni territory
