According to directives of Prime Minister, Abdul Qader Ba Gamal, a team from among specialists of Ministry of Human Rights (MHR) was entrusted to go to Maifah centre for refugees (MCR) in Shabwa governorate to see the work process at the centre and get to know the conditions of the refugees from the Somalis and other nationalities from the African Horn.
